B | 本次公益课堂打破单一对象教学模式，面向辖区全人群，分层定制教学内容，兼顾文化传承与生活实用需求。课堂依托辖区本土老年志愿讲师、上城区社区学院专职教师开展教学，结合街道自主研发《杭州话 话杭州》读本，以趣味化方式授课。针对青少年，通过杭语童谣传唱、本土俗语讲解、宋韵民俗小故事分享、情景小游戏等互动形式，引导青少年学习方言，主动开口说方言。
C | 不少外来务工人员的子女是第一次系统接触杭州话，学习兴趣盎然，11岁的桂诗然同学老家在江西，家中无人通晓杭语，一堂课下来便收获满满，打算回家用刚学会的方言和身边长辈交流，希望更快融入本地生活。
D | 课堂同时专门面向外卖骑手、快递员、网约车司机、保洁、安保、家政服务、直播从业者等新就业群体，开设实用方言教学板块，聚焦买菜问诊、邻里寒暄、日常办事等高频生活场景，传授简单易懂的日常杭语。不少外卖小哥表示，日常跑单多使用普通话沟通，学会几句本地老话，既能拉近和居民之间的距离，也让自己在这座城市多了一份归属感。凯旋街道社区学校负责人倪艾彤老师表示，方言承载着一座城市鲜活的历史记忆，《杭州话 话杭州》公益课堂以轻松有趣的教学形式适配不同年龄段学习者，既能让少年儿童从小根植本土文化情怀，也能帮助新杭州人读懂杭州、融入社区。近年来，凯旋街道持续深耕本土方言普及工作，常态化推出杭语公益课堂、祖孙研学沙龙等活动，累计开课57课时，惠及群众1720余人次。街道相关负责人介绍，公益课堂将继续免费对外开放，后续将持续优化杭语课堂课程体系，根据少年儿童、本地老人、新杭州人的不同需求差异化设置课程；同时不断充实方言学习读本，开发本土方言特色文创产品。让老居民留住乡音，新市民读懂杭州文脉，以乡音凝聚邻里温情，构建包容共融的幸福社区。
