8月12日，第30届中国少儿戏曲小梅花荟萃（专业组）佩花晚会在廊坊市永清县益田翰德大剧院举行。廊坊益田艺术学校供图“小梅花”次第绽放，“传帮带”托举新人蒲剧《梵王宫·挂画》青春俏皮，椅子功惊险绝伦；越剧《断桥·求草》仙气飘飘，伞功轻盈灵动；梆子《扈家庄》英姿飒爽，花枪翻飞；压轴大戏京剧《雁荡山》少年集结，威武雄壮……8月12日晚，在第30届中国少儿戏曲小梅花荟萃（专业组）佩花晚会上，“小梅花”们盛装登台，一招一式有板有眼，一腔一调韵味十足，展现了各个剧种的独特魅力。“这一届小梅花的整体水平非常高，无论是唱念做打，还是手眼身法步，基本功都很扎实，很有舞台的表现力。”中国戏剧梅花奖获得者陈飞对小选手们的表现连连称赞。来自石家庄市艺术学校的15岁选手梁好，头戴蝴蝶盔、身穿战甲、手持花枪，成功饰演了梆子《扈家庄》中勇猛善战的扈三娘。“这是一个刀马旦行当，要求演员唱念做打本领俱强，难度很高。”梁好的指导老师于冰说，梁好从10岁开始学戏，嗓音、身段等基础条件不错，平时训练很能吃苦，练了一身好武艺。当晚，“大梅花”与“小梅花”同台场景更是精彩。中国戏剧梅花奖获得者曾小敏、梁静、李军梅、王润菁分别与小演员们演绎了粤剧《女儿香·剑歌》、蒲剧《火凤凰》、秦腔《三击掌》、京剧《穆桂英挂帅》四组节目，“薪火相传”在这一刻有了最生动的注脚。“戏曲是口传心授的艺术，一个眼神、一句行腔都是老师面对面教出来的。我们要做好‘名家传戏’工作，培养更多的青少年戏曲人才。”中国戏剧梅花奖获得者王英会认为，名师具有较高的艺术水平和丰富的实践经验、舞台体悟，能把做什么、怎么做、为什么做这些道理教给学生，达到事半功倍的效果。

F | 她说：“在唐山，成立了罗慧琴评剧艺术工作室；在石家庄，成立了京剧梅派名家梁维玲戏剧家工作室；在正定，我成立了戏曲艺术传承工作室，举办戏曲讲座和惠民演出……这些工作室，让更多人能够近距离感受戏曲艺术的魅力，也为培养出更多的青少年戏曲人才。”传承从娃娃抓起，全链条培育人才在业余组现场展演中，保定市高阳县宏润幼儿园的曹扬铭精彩亮相，饰演梆子《南北合·见娘》中的杨八郎。

G | 年仅6岁的他学戏刚一年多，是省剧协推选的业余组中年龄最小的选手。保定艺术学校13岁的任翼豪，热爱戏曲，专业学戏两年，在京剧《挡马》表演中武戏技巧扎实，是省剧协推选的专业组中年龄最小的选手。

H | “青少年人才是戏曲传承的重要基础，一定要从娃娃抓起。

I | ”在永清县举办的新时代青少年戏曲人才培养研讨会上，王润菁说，戏曲人才的培养是一个全链条系统工程，要建立人才选拔、培养、使用激励机制。怎样发现好苗子、培养好苗子？廊坊益田艺术学校的“戏曲百人团”模式可圈可点。他们利用自身戏曲教学优势，联合域内学校共同寻找、培育戏曲人才。“我们主要从小学四至五年级的学生中进行筛选，通过考察他们的音准、协调性和柔韧度等身体条件，最终选出100人左右，免费对他们进行戏曲基本功培训，包括形体训练、剧目体验、乐器训练。半年之后，我们组织这些孩子们进行汇报演出，展示学习成果。

J | ”廊坊益田艺术学校副校长富晓丽说，这项活动得到了学校、家长和老师的大力支持，推动戏曲文化在校园传承与发展。

K | 舞台是最好的课堂，最能检验教学成效。“近年来，全国很多艺术院校与院团联合培育人才，双方联合招生、共同培育、定向就业，学生毕业后直接在剧团工作。

L | ”彭蕙蘅说，像艺术职业学院、石家庄市艺术学校等学校开设了“订单班”，打通了选苗、培养、就业全链条，有效破解了戏曲传承中人才断层、留人难等痛点。加大政策扶持，推动戏剧振兴很多戏迷发现，虽然第30届中国少儿戏曲小梅花荟萃活动已经落幕，但是打开中国戏剧家协会、省文联的公众号，依然可以看到相关的精彩视频，这让很多人爱上了线上看戏。线下，在益田瀚德大剧院旁，有一座中国少儿戏曲小梅花数字展览馆，馆内设置了戏曲道具专题展、戏曲服饰专题展、小梅花主题海报展……观众在这里能够欣赏到精巧的道具、华美的戏服、绚丽的海报。第30届中国少儿戏曲小梅花荟萃活动是践行《戏剧振兴三年行动计划（2026—2028年）》的重要实践，让戏曲实现破圈传播，营造了良好的戏曲生态。省文联相关负责人表示，今年5月，出台了落实这一行动计划的具体措施，将加大政策扶持和传承保护力度，推动戏剧振兴。聚焦戏曲高层次人才储备不足、人才梯次结构不完善等问题，由省委宣传部和省文化和旅游厅、省文联负责，深化分类施策、精准滴灌的人才培养模式，定期遴选一批优秀人才进行精准培养，并加强对上推荐，打造一支结构合理、青蓝相继的戏剧人才队伍。此外，针对院团与学校协同育人机制不够完善等情况，相关单位定期举办院团与中高等院校对接交流活动，深化全方位协同育人合作。（日报记者袁川）。
